Doing a good job of equipment protection and maintenance can reduce equipment wear and tear to achieve the effect of reducing production costs.
1 Daily maintenance
1. Confirm whether the air source pressure is normal every day.
2. Before starting the machine every day, check whether the water in the air pressure source is normal to eliminate the possibility of damage to the machine within a few days.
3. Add special lubricating oil for rotary cutter slide at least once a week.
4. Keep the machine workbench clean.
5. Clean regularly (including all tool sets and drive sets).
6. Regularly clean the filter screen of the cooling fan on both sides, and propose to replace the filter screen half a year.
2 Replacement of accessories
1. The rotating blade should be replaced when the processing quality of the wire material cannot meet the requirements (usually once within 2-3 months).
2. The front wheel rotating belt shall be replaced when the clamping quality cannot meet the requirements.
3. The rear wheel rotating belt is the same as above.
4. The V knife and cutter should be replaced when the cutting quality cannot meet the requirements or quality (generally once within 3 months)
5. The wire guide block shall select the appropriate wire guide block size when processing wire of different sizes.
6. The electric fan screen should be replaced half a year after the machine is used
